Through a longtime partnership with Masa Israel Journey, Hillel connects Jewish college students and young adults to more than 200 immersive experiences in Israel. Our most sought-after opportunity is shaping careers: Masa-Hillel Fellowship. A seven-week professional development seminar, the fellowship prepares young adults to become Hillel professionals. Participants are trained in our peer-to-peer relationship methodology.
