Eligible: Current high school seniors, current gap-year students, undergraduate first-years, sophomores, juniors, and incoming or current graduate students in the U.S. and Canada

The Sandy and Jack Cohen Scholarship was established in loving memory of Sandy and Jack Cohen, who had an unwavering commitment to the power of knowledge and instills a deep appreciation for higher education. This year, the scholarship will be awarded to one student who self-identifies as Jewish and demonstrates a strong record of leadership and/or volunteer service within their local community. Top applicants should have a GPA of 3.2 or higher. All scholarships may be used for study within North America.

- January 9, 2025 — Hillel International scholarship applications open
- March 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST — Application deadline
- March–June 2025 — All applicants are reviewed by the Hillel International Scholarship Program committee
- June 2025 — Award recipients are chosen and recipients announced
